- I am waiting for my eBook file to show up on my Kindle, and I am still waiting. Answer: Our eBooks will not show up automatically on your Kindle. You will need to manually download the eBook to your computer, then sync it to your Kindle through a USB port or other connection. If you buy our eBooks through Amazon they will show up directly on your Kindle.
- How do I get my eBook to my Apple device? Answer: Once you download the eBook, you can usually, but not always drag and drop it from your computer to your eReader through a USB port or other connection. The ePub format can also be read on Apple's iPad, iPod Touch, and iPhone portable devices. To do so, you need to purchase the ePub version of a book and install an eReader application, such as iBooks, or another eReader application on your device that allows you to read .ePub
Question: I can't read the eBook file I downloaded.
First, eBook files are not PDF files. Please note that the eBooks we offer are not in a PDF format and cannot be read by a PDF reader like Adobe that may already be on your computer. There is a wonderful, free program by Adobe that does read eBooks that you can download at Adobe Digital Editions that will allow you to read the ePub format eBook on your computer or through your browser, on a PC or Mac.
Second, you need to choose the right format for your eBook reader.
Kindle/Mobi eBook format works on a Kindle.
The ePub format is used for most other eBook readers, including the Nook and Sony eReader. eBooks.

Can I Share My eBook Files?
Purchasing an eBook is for your own personal use. While you can copy an eBook file for use on another device you own, such as a portable eReader or smartphone, you may not share copies with other people. You also may not sell used eBooks; ownership is yours only, and cannot be transferred.
Troubleshooting
Find your answers online. You can search using Google or another search engine: If you have problems with downloading an eBook to your device, finding an application, or need general eBook information, we suggest you use Google to search for an answer to your question. With Google, or other search engines, you can pose a question, such as "how to download eBook to my mobile phone (put in model)." You will usually find many answers and suggestions as well as Youtube videos showing you what to do.
All devices: If you are not using a dedicated eBook reader like a Kindle or Sony eReader, note that other devices require a special program or application (app) to read eBooks through your computer browser, iPad, iPod, iPhone, and any mobile device.
Formats for iPad, iPod Touch, and iPhone: Download the ePub format. You can use the free iBooks app program to read ePub on these devices; some devices come with this app already loaded, or you can download the free iBooks app from the iTunes store if you have iTunes on your computer. Because of Apple's proprietary format, you cannot download our audio (or anyone else's audio) directly to your Apple device unless you purchase it from an Apple online store. As a result, you will need to download our audio first to your computer, then sync your Apple device with what is on your computer. You can also download to your computer and then drag the files to your device.
While we focus on using iBooks for your iPad, iPod Touch, and iPhone portable devices, this is not the only eReader application available for these devices. You will need to decide which application best fits your needs. Search the Apple App Store to download any of these (usually) free applications.
Android tablets and phones: There are many apps you can download that will read eBooks, you can search on "Android eReader apps."
Note: You may want to check with your Wireless Provider to make sure you are able to download large files to your phone as some providers put a limit on data and charge for going over a certain amount of bytes.
Reading eBooks in ePub formats, apps and software suggestions
To read epub files you’ll need an epub-capable device or epub-capable software. Here are some suggestions:
On Windows or Mac computers: Adobe Digital Editions, NOOK study
On various devices (PC, iPad, iPhone, Android): Barnes & Noble’s NOOK app
On an iPhone: iBooks, Ibis Reader, Bluefire Reader, Stanza, txtr

Installing iBooks on Your iPad or iPhone
There is excellent information online about every eReader device and what to do to put your eBooks on them and what apps you need and so on. Just google your question and follow the links.
iBooks can read eBooks in both EPUB and PDF formats, although our eBooks are not available in PDF format. iBooks is best suited for reading EPUB-format books, which flow automatically from page to page on your device's screen. You can easily increase or decrease the size of the book's text, and iBooks instantly reformats the pages accordingly.
To download iBooks to your device, go to the Apple App Store and search for "iBooks." Follow the onscreen instructions to install the free application.
Installing our eBooks on your your iPad, iPod Touch, or iPhone, using the ePub format. After completing the purchase process, the eBook is now available on your Member’s Area page for downloading to your computer's hard drive under the “My Seminars and Downloads” link. Click the link to download the eBook in EPUB format. Once you've downloaded an eBook, you need to add it to your iTunes library and copy it to your iPad or iPhone. Open iTunes and select the Books library. Open the folder where you downloaded the eBook and drag the eBook file from that folder to the iTunes Books library. The next time you sync your iPad or iPhone to your computer, the new eBook will be copied to your portable device.
You can use the Kindle App on any iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch with iOS 3.0 or higher installed.
To access your Kindle Library and start reading from your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch, you'll need to visit the Apple iTunes App Store and download the Kindle application.
To install the Kindle application:
Tap the App Store icon on the home screen of your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch. You can also get the application through the iTunes Store.
Search for "Kindle" or find it in the alphabetical list of applications.
Follow the on-screen installation instructions.
When your installation is complete, simply tap the Kindle icon on your device to start accessing your Kindle Library.
If you have a Kindle, you can convert the epub to mobi easily using the free Calibre application. However, you can also purchase our eBooks in the .mobi format which works on a Kindle.
